Developing an event of any kind always runs smoother when a team works well together. When various departments offer contrasting visions, objectives, or materials, presenters can get confused and presentations can feel disjointed. Continuity needs to be executed between those creating the message, those presenting it, and those producing how it will be delivered.
I work with media and event production teams to effectively organize and work between the speaker and the writers. My objectives as event director are to create a smooth process and production experience that matches the customer's intention.
